Terms of Sale
These terms cover the paid part of Beadful Studio: export credits. Everything else — turning a photo into a pattern, editing beads, and previewing the ironed and framed result — is not covered here because it involves no payment.
1. What you are buying
One export credit lets you produce one set of print-ready files for one pattern: pegboard pages laid out for 29×29 boards, a shopping list as CSV and Excel, a full-color chart, and ironed / framed previews, delivered as either a ZIP pack or a print-to-PDF flow.
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars (USD). Credits are sold individually or in bundles. Bundles simply contain more credits at a lower price per credit.
2. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and happens inside your browser. The moment a payment is confirmed, the export you asked for starts automatically — no email, no download link to wait for, no shipping.
3. Credits and your browser
Beadful has no accounts and asks for no email address to use the Studio. Your credits are therefore tied to the browser you bought them in, not to a login. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching browsers can make remaining credits invisible to you.

4. What you may do with the files
You may:
- use the exported files to make physical bead projects, including ones you sell;
- print and re-print your files as many times as you like;
- share pictures of the finished piece anywhere.
You may not:
- resell, republish, or redistribute the exported files themselves;
- use Beadful to mass-produce charts for resale as digital products;
- attempt to bypass the export credit system or share it as a service.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: if an export fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned automatically; if you bought credits you never used, you can ask for your money back within 30 days.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Almost every issue — a missing credit, a failed export, a balance lost after clearing browser data — can be fixed faster that way than through a formal claim, and a claim can temporarily lock credits while it is reviewed.
7. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of any VAT, GST, or similar consumption tax. Where such tax is due on a digital service, it is the buyer's responsibility to report and remit it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here always applies to purchases made after the effective date shown above; earlier purchases stay under the terms that were in force when you paid.
